Who are Sparkles & Bean?
Sparkles & Bean, LLC is made up wives, Sarah (a.k.a. Sarah Sparkles) and Pilar (a.k.a Bean). Sarah is our resident unicorn, as she is a born-and-raised Austinite! She is an aerialist, circus artist, pole dance instructor and motorcyclist. Sarah is the creative cookie decorator and the creator of our signature drink, the Dolly Palmer (named after her grandmother Dolly's love for Arnold Palmers).

Pilar Millan was born in Toluca, Mexico and raised in the RGV (Rio Grande Valley). By day she is an accountant (a.k.a. bean counter) and by night she is a Muay Thai practitioner, a motorcyclist, and an avid trail runner. Pilar is our cold brew coffee master and concha maker.

Mission
Our mission is to form community around our delicious coffee, cute conchas, and custom decorated cookies, as we encourage people to "do good, and do you!"
Pop-Up Markets
As a new business we are starting small and only operating as a pop-up shop at events and markets where we feel a connection to the community it serves. Whether it's Sarah's circus and pole community or Pilar's racing community, we are here to serve you!
